BRAW Saturday Ride (Beginners and Rehab)
Bought a new bike during lockdown? Been cycling by yourself but keen to try group riding? Joining a cycling club is a great way to have fun, meet like-minded friends, improve your fitness and cycling skills and cycle further and faster than you have before.

Join us on Saturday morning, at the Birkhill Millenium hall at 9.30 and the ride leader will welcome you and explain ride protocol and a few basics.

We will plan to cycle approximately 30 miles at a steady pace with a cafe stop and we will all stay together. You are welcome to come to 3 introductory rides to see if club cycling is for you and then join the club after that for a bargain at only £15 per annum. All existing club members very welcome too if you would like a steadier paced ride than the main club run.

Please note these runs are for those wanting to "step up" or return to Club riding, it is expected you already have a level of fitness and are comfortable riding around 14mph average for 20+ miles.

Please bear in mind current COVID restrictions and do not attend if you have a fever, new continuous cough, loss of taste or smell, awaiting a COVID test result, have been asked to isolate for any reason or returned from a non air bridge country in the last 14 days. You will be asked to provide your name and contact details for test and protect purposes. Please bring a mask for the cafe stop.

Hope to see some new faces soon. It would be really helpful for planning if you can let us know if you plan to attend (email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  or if you have any questions).
