Ally Mills and Graeme Carruthers did this lumpy 90 mile route in 5:35. Although it should be said, one of them was definitely taking it easy and waiting to drag his broken team mate round :-) Think Ally has a sore neck from looking round to see if Graeme was there more than he has sore legs :-)
